    As the founder of Morden and with over 25 years experience with major construction companies in both the UK and New Zealand, Dave is a proven construction project lead.

    He has excellent internal, client and subcontractor management skills, oustanding commercial awareness and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

    Phil Hebden, Commercial Director


    Phil has over 30 years of experience in the construction sector, both in the UK and New Zealand, particularly in Wellington.

    Phil’s expertise centres around Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. As a senior manager that has overseen a wide range of high end, multi-million dollar commercial projects, he has been involved in all aspects commercial building and construction management.

  • Anton Human Construction Project Manager

    Anton Human, Senior Planner


    Anton is a highly experienced construction project manager and cost controller who has worked for major players in the construction industry over the last 30+ years.

    A recognised leader in the fields of contract planning and programme management, Anton has worked on major projects such as the Nelson Mandela Bay Multi-Purpose Stadium in South Africa, and the Rapid Deployment Prison Project for Corrections in New Zealand.

  • Craig Mills Principal

    Craig Mills, Principal

    Craig is a recognised leader in the built environment. The depth of experience that he has in project management and cost management allows him to guide projects from a strategic planning, procurement and project delivery perspective.

    Craig is an experienced Engineer to Contract (including Principals Representative) on project contracts, including being involved in assisting projects requiring senior leadership to bring a project back on programme and budget. Craig is effective in mediation and resolving disputes between parties to forge a path for a project’s success.

  • Tim Clark, Project Manager

    Tim has well proven skills and abilities when it comes to commercial and residential construction project management.

    Over 35 years in the construction industry has given Tim a comprehensive understanding of building sites and projects, from the people-on-the-tools to the big-picture aspects of contracts that help them come in on time and on budget.

  • Victoria Lum Quantity Surveyor

    Victoria Lum, Quantity Surveyor


    Victoria has completed a Diploma in Construction Quantity Surveying at WelTec, and graduate in 2023.

    Previous experience in the construction industry with a window and door manufacturing company led Victoria to starting her studies, and she is already gaining great practical experience as part of the Morden team.

    Alan Burns, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.

    After qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor in Scotland, Alan worked on projects ranging from one of the largest single client projects in Scotland, to providing consultant cost services in California and across the USA.

    Alan brings a wide range of experience in various stages of the construction process, and has worked with Tier One and Two main contractors and private real estate owner/developers in New Zealand for over 8 years.
