About Dave

Dave is a proven construction project management lead and provides advice from ideas through to concept and build. He is responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of all projects he is involved with. Dave brings over 25 years of experience and has worked with major construction companies such as Willmott Dixon in the UK, Hawkins and more recently, Niche Modular Construction.

Dave founded Morden to help others achieve their goals in the wider construction and project management space by providing integration between all aspects of business and project operations. He provides a true insight into how each discipline operates ensuring a collaborative and successful outcome for all involved.

Experience

Dave has extensive experience in Education, Public, Transport, Health, Retail, Housing, Manufacturing, and Volumetric Modular Construction projects along with many successful designs and builds. His position provides expert input and leadership in any construction operational processes and methodology including quantity surveying, project management and cost consultant work. Dave is a strong ambassador for safe working practices and takes pride in having a safe working record.

Technical ability and expertise

Throughout his career, Dave has developed great technical ability and programming experience. To highlight, Dave has excellent internal, client, and subcontractor management skills, outstanding commercial awareness, and a proven track record of completing projects on time, and within budget. During his career, he has also gained vast experience in Asbestos removal and management.
