About Victoria

Victoria joined Morden in November 2022 as a Quantity Surveyor Cadet and is currently completing her Diploma in Construction Quantity Surveying at WelTec. She is due to graduate in 2023 and has shown promise and a commitment to excellence throughout her studies. Victoria is excited to develop her practical Quantity Surveying skills under the expert guidance of Phil and Dave.

Victoria is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring successful delivery of their projects. Values such as integrity, insight and innovation are an important part of Victoria’s work ethic.

Experience

Victoria began her career in the Construction Industry with a windows and doors manufacturing company as a Project Cost Advisor.

Victoria’s experiences to date include measuring and quality control. Since joining Morden, her experience has been in Residential, Commercial and Retail sectors, and she has been involved in contractual and legal disputes, early procurement, mediation, brief drafting, forensic programme investigation and Extension of Time claims.

The core skills of the Quantity Surveyor role, measuring, costing, and negotiating, are key development areas that are assisting Victoria in being a key part of the Morden Team.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her two horses and enjoying the outdoors.
